Tara gained her law degree in 2014. She has worked as an industrial and employment relations specialist in the public, FMCG and consultancy sectors, before joining Blackwood Montagna in 2025.
Tara is a firm believer in workplace fairness and understands the two-way nature of a conducive work environment. Blackwood Montagna’s employer and employee clients have the benefit of her ethos and expertise with complex workplace matters.
With a young son, Tara is invested in the local community and is pleased to have the practice’s family friendly culture to support her and her Scottish partner, who is a local fire-fighter volunteer.
