Simon is a highly experienced commercial and property lawyer working with SMEs, large businesses and a wide range of private clients.
Simon started his legal career in Bath, Somerset before emigrating to New Zealand in 2000. He had a partnership/directorship role in other established Auckland law practices from 2006. Seeking a change, Simon saw Peter’s vision for Blackwood Montagna and liked it. He joined Blackwood Montagna in 2025.
The practice is benefitting from Simon’s knowledge and success in all his areas of practice and in the experience he brings.
Simon’s daughters having ’flown the coup’, he now spends more time on his interests particularly rugby, soccer and cricket.
