Mila Ragi

Mila joined Blackwood Montagna in September 2025 having returned to New Zealand from the UK, where she had gained valuable experience in large law firm practice, including in London.

Mila completed her undergraduate LLB law degree with Honours (2013) and her Masters in Law (2017) in the UK and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales. She appeared for and represented clients in various forums including the High Court of England and in Coroners Courts.

She will soon complete her qualifications to become a barrister and solicitor in NZ.

Mila is an experienced litigator. She excels in preparing, and appearing for, clients in Court hearings and procedures. She prides herself on providing a caring and empathetic approach to clients who are going through a difficult time and providing them with legal advice in a direct and relatable manner.
