Briar Anstis

Briar joined Blackwood Montagna in early 2026.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2022. Raised in Franklin, Briar brings experience across a range of general practice areas.

Briar is part of the firm’s property team, assisting clients with residential and commercial conveyancing. With prior experience in conveyancing, she has a strong understanding of the process and its complexities. She also assists with wills, trusts and enduring powers of attorney.

Briar is known for her approachable manner and clear, practical advice. She takes the time to listen and ensure clients understand their options and enjoys being part of a local firm supporting the Franklin community.
