Debra brings more than 30 years of experience in the accounting industry and a fresh perspective  to her role as Blackwood Montagna’s Practice manager.

Debra has extensive expertise in practice management and systems. With her strong focus on processes and procedures, she is helping move the practice forward by ensuring the early adoption of solutions that support a more client-centric and team-focused approach.

Her passion for business improvement, collaboration and growth is a significant strength for the firm.

Outside of work, Debra places family and friends at the centre of her life and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. Weekends are often spent outdoors, and during the summer months she enjoys waterskiing, boarding, surfing, and walking — all great ways to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
