Chloe Brooke-Cowden

Chloe joined Blackwood Montagna in September 2025.

She started her legal career in West Auckland in 2014, initially as a legal secretary. During this time she developed a foundation in legal processes and client care which sparked her interest in working in law. In 2019 she obtained her Diploma in Legal Executive Studies and became eligible for registration as a member of the Institute of Legal Executives. 

Chloe specialises in Estate Administration, Residential Conveyancing, and Succession planning, including assisting clients with  Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Chloe is compassionate and caring and is known to be a great listener. She focuses on giving clients clear, practical advice in a way that’s supportive and easy to understand. She is looking forward to working alongside Peter and all the team at Blackwood Montagna for the benefit of the practice’s clients.
