Paulette Winson

Paulette joined Blackwood Legal in July 2020 with Peter Montagna, whom she has worked alongside since 2017.

Paulette previously worked in one of the largest law firms in South Auckland for 23 years. With her over 30 years of hands-on experience, Paulette has gained a wealth of knowledge, within her specialist areas of residential and commercial conveyancing, wills, trusts, estates, and enduring powers of attorney.

Paulette qualified as a legal executive in 2001 and is now proudly a Fellow of Legal Executives New Zealand. Becoming a Fellow represents significant milestones of commitment and expertise.

Paulette is also the holder of the Diploma in Business Studies and is working toward becoming a Conveyancing Practitioner.

Paulette shares Peter’s values and provides professional, efficient, and friendly service to her clients. She brings not only legal expertise but also a practical, solutions focused mindset to every matter she handles.
She is known for going the extra mile to ensure that clients’ matters are completed smoothly and as stress free as possible with a thorough, dependable, and easy to work with reputation.

Paulette believes in building strong relationships with clients where, over the years, she has acted for grandparents, parents, and children of the same family.

Community contributions for Paulette are numerous. In particular, she has spent considerable time in the community coaching, managing and holding various committee portfolios for netball.
