His leadership reflects his dedication to integrity, innovation, and practical outcomes.

Peter himself practises in most of the firm’s areas of expertise and has great connections to other specialist practitioners wherever that is required.

The local Pukekohe and Franklin communities are a big focus for Peter’s time outside work. Peter is the driving force behind Mount Kelly Farms, where he combines his business acumen with a passion for sustainable Wagyu farming. His hands-on involvement in the agricultural sector adds depth to his understanding of rural community needs—insight that benefits both his clients and his broader network.

A former rugby player turned coach, Peter channels his discipline and teamwork from the field into every aspect of his life. He remains active in rugby through coaching, nurturing the next generation of players with the same intensity and support that defined his own playing days.
Peter’s work and life are deeply rooted in Pukekohe, where he has lived for over 30 years. As a father of two, he’s committed to creating a stable environment for both staff and clients alike.
